Terms of travel

Who we are

GeoArm Taxi is a passenger transport service between Tbilisi and Yerevan: seats on a daily minibus, and a sedan or minivan. We have worked on this route for more than 15 years.

Booking

You can book through the form on this site, in Telegram (@GeoArmTaxiBot) or by phone. A booking is valid once we confirm it — by message or by call. Before the trip our dispatcher may call you to confirm the details.

Price and payment

The price is per passenger, one way — the one shown to you when you book. Pick-up from an address costs extra; we tell you the amount before the trip.

You pay the driver in cash during the ride — in lari, drams, dollars or rubles. In Georgia you can also pay by bank transfer. We do not accept cards yet.

Cancelling and being late

Cancelling is free. If your plans change, please tell us as early as you can — another passenger may need the seat.

If you are running late, call us or the driver: the driver will contact you and, where possible, wait.

Border and documents

We cross the border at Sadakhlo–Bagratashen. Each passenger is responsible for their own travel documents and visa.

The trip usually takes 5–6 hours; the time at the border depends on the queue and we cannot guarantee it.

Luggage and children

Luggage is included in the price. A child who takes their own seat pays the seat price.

Privacy

What data we receive

Only what a ride needs: your name, phone number, route, date, time and number of passengers; a pick-up address, flight number or note if you give one. If you write to us in Telegram, we also receive your Telegram name and your messages. We also see which of our links you came from.

Why

To arrange your ride, confirm it and contact you about it. We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it and do not pass it on to outsiders.

Who sees it

Our dispatcher and the driver of your ride. Messages in our Telegram bot are answered by an AI assistant, and our staff can read them.

The data is stored and processed with the technical services we work with: Cloudflare (website and database), Telegram (messages) and Anthropic (the assistant).

How long we keep it

We keep booking data for 2 years and then delete it.

Cookies

The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser remembers only the currency you chose. The map in the booking form is loaded from OpenStreetMap.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it: write to info@geoarmtaxi.com or call us.
